Need a Quick Fix for Racing Thoughts?

Racing thoughts are rooted in your beliefs.   Racing thoughts replayed  become ‘hard wired’ habits.

Thoughts affect your feelings, feelings affect your body,  relationships,  what you say, do and have in this world.

Do your Thoughts  Destroy or Create?

Your thoughts are  energy will destroy or create INSIDE you, moving OUTSIDE into the world and right back to you.

Positive thoughts hold many truths to guide your life.   They ellicit positive feelings to enjoy.  They are energy to create.

Negative racing  thoughts alert you that you are in destruct mode.   Negative racing  thoughts signal to you that you need to pick another option.   Negative racing thoughts hold messages that are lessons.  Get the lesson, pass the grade and they do not replay unsolicited.

Quick Fix for Racing Thoughts

  1. START where you are, ACCEPT what is… racing thoughts that stress and destroy.
  2. CHECK your MINDSET… Let go, BE open and curious to ask ? and listen.
  3. QUESTION useless thought clutter.
    1. What is my PART of this problem?
      You pay a great price for meddling, even with your thoughts.
    2. What is my POWER?
      You spend your life moments with no possible return on your investment.
    3. What is my PURPOSE/OUTCOME desired?

Seek… stillness INSIDE:

Your brain cannot multitask. You are choosing racing negative thoughts or stillness.

DO A THOUGHT CHECK OFTEN:  Stress less when you quickly eliminate 80% of the negative racing thought chatter that was not your problem, not within your power, and has no reasonable purpose.
